Purchased the bike cover w/the transparent panels so break lights can be seen while driving.  Cover put on as instructed, tied down with the straps on the cover and then with the extra tie downs included with the cover.  However approximately 35 miles into my trip, the transparent panels began to shred and flap around.  The black material of the cover didn’t show any issues.
